A commitment to deep research

 

Over the course of several weeks, my team and I conducted research in order to understand where to set our focus.

We talked to Rangle

We were able to talk to 16 internal stakeholders that represented different departments within Rangle.

We talked to our target users

We talked to 8 external audience representatives that provided details about their perception of Rangle and their engagement journeys with the company.

We turned research into tasks

Based on our interview findings, we distilled overarching themes into action items for the team to work through.
